Luxury 5 bedroom catered chalet in Chamonix, Les Houches.
Blackrock Lodge is a brand new chalet 100m form the slopes in Les Houches with 4 double/twin en-suite bedrooms and a master en-suite double bedroom (including 2 family rooms). The chalet has the luxury of a Hot Tub, Sauna and Open fire. There is separate kitchen, dining room, bar and lounge with the chalet split over 4 levels.
On the Ground Floor there is a private studio, garage and ski, boot/cycle locker. Up the stairs you will find a wine cellar, separate sauna with adjoining shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The first floor (Lower) – leads to a fully fitted traditional yet modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and Aga Cooker with large patio doors leading out on to the breakfast terrace and Jacuzzi.
There are 3 double or twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom 4 is on the mezzanine with bunk beds downstairs and Double bed in the Mezzanine – This room can be a twin room or a family room. There is a Separate Entrance via the Terrace with an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5 is a large double en-suite room with adjoining room with 2 bunk beds. Would Suit as a family room.
On the first floor (Upper) is a Large Dining room with separate terrace
The second floor ( Upper) leads into the lounge area with open fire, games and general chill out area. The balcony looks over the garden at the back of the chalet.
There is a ski and snowboard storage area with heated boot warmers in winter and bicycle storage in summer.
Chalet Location in Les Houches
Black Rock Ski Lodge is within 100m of the slopes allowing quick access by foot in the early and late season and ski to door when the snow is good. It also offers breathtaking views from the foot of Mont Blanc to the Grand Montets.
