The renovated 18th-century farmhouse is located in Les Houches, right in front of Maison Neuve chairlift, meters from the La Verte and World Cup Kandahar runs. Right on the slopes, with gorgeous mountain views and silence all around.
Go ski without moving your car: either go up to Prarion cablecar summit, or ski down the blue run to the bottom, or take the black run down to the foot of Bellevue cablecar.
Stupendous views on Mont Blanc range, Aiguillette des Houches and Aravis.

A cozy and modern 55m2 flat with two double-bed bedrooms, two bathrooms, double-bed sofa bed, separate toilet, own access and parking space for two cars.

The apartment includes the lounge with ample seating, with a large dining table for six, fireplace, a sofa that converts to one double bed and a very comfortable cow-skin tub armchair. There are two double bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower room).
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size oven and microwave, four-ring halogen ceramic hob, extractor fan, silent dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and cupboard storage. The separate bathroom has an Italian shower and another separate WC. The basement of the chalet includes a washer/dryer.
The other apartment is a gorgeous, savoyard-style 110m2 flat with 3 bedrooms (two double-bed, one with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms (of which one on-suite, one independent, plus separate toilets), fireplace, FR, UK + ITA sat TV, wifi, fully equipped, and finely decorated.

The apartment also includes a spacious lounge, dining for eight people, fireplace and bar between the kitchen and dining room.
The accommodation comes with an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area with ample comfortable seating, a stone fireplace and three French windows, a huge balcony facing the mountains on the top floor with spectacular views of the Massif. There is one double en-suite bedroom and two double/twin bedrooms plus a mezzanine area sleeping two people.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, built-in oven, microwave, 4-ringed hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of gear to cook and cupboard storage.
