This truly and luxury alpine 300 m2 chalet overlooking the amazing picks of Chamonix resort, is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Valley in Les Praz. Closed to the Flegere-Brevent cable car and the Golf Course.
Chamonix centre is at 5 minutes by car and at 15 min by walk along rivers.
Saint Loup offers finished spaces with high standard materials as well superb and cosy decoration.
5 bedrooms all en-suite are located on the ground level (can be either made up as double or twins) in front of the garden, all on the south exposition, all with flat screen TV.
Large laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor the kitchen is equipped for a Chef but can be easily used and offers a breakfast corner and a terrace overlooking the amazing Drus mountain.
The living room is also on the first floor under the frame with dining area and sitting area in front of huge central fireplace, opened on a beautiful terrace facing the Mont-Blanc chain.
The master bedroom is located at the same level with dressing, bathroom showers, WC.
In the basement you will find a large typical Turkish hammam.
The large garden with heated swimming pool, to relax after a mountain day ( open in summer)
