This is an ideal luxury ski-in/out Chalet in Les Houches. The winter season chalet sleeps 10/12 people in five en-suite bedrooms, 2 with balconies overlooking the pistes. There is an outdoor hot-tub for relaxation.
The chalet is on 3 floors with over 265m of floor space and 2,300m2 of land. There is a large terrace, swings for the kids, a wood shed for the open-fire and magnificent views of the mountains/pistes.
The open-plan living area has a log fireplace and leather sofas and satellite TV. The dinning area has seating for 12 guests and both areas have access through patio doors to the large outdoor terrace and hot tub. The fully-fitted kitchen includes 2 ovens, serving area and dishwasher.
The five bedrooms can all be double or twins and all have luxury en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bath and the rest have showers as well as WCs.
The lower ground floor includes plenty of luxuries including a sauna and steam room, massage room and shower area. You’ll also find a large ski/boot area with heated boot racks, a games room with full size pool table and a cinema room with reclining chairs. There is also a utility room with washer/drying facilities and 2 WC’s.
Winter season price
The chalet is EUR60,000 for the winter season from 1st December. Bills are on top (normally around EUR3-5K. Damage deposit is EUR5,000.
