This is a beautiful little mazot in a very calm area close to Les Houches and Chamonix Centre. Upstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and cosy little lounge area with 2 sofa beds. There is also a separate WC.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower, sink and washing machine and dryer. There is also a double bedroom with loads of storage and a spacious bedroom with a single bed with a single pull out. The bed also makes a double.

Kitchen includes oven, electric hob with 3 rings, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a dishwasher.

There is a garden and small balcony.

The chalet is easily accessible, and is cleared when there is snow.
