All the services, shops and bus station are 5 minutes walk. Chamonix is less than 10 minutes drive away.

The chalet is a private property located on a large plot surrounded by beautiful mountain views and forest. It has a large wooden terrace to enjoy the outdoor space and with no neighbours vis-à-vis.

This Chalet is fully equipped, includes Wifi and can accommodate 4 people very comfortably. The entrance is used as a kit room, contains large storage for winter wear and equipment. The warm indoor living/dining area includes a big smart TV, new wood burner, a sofa bed and large dining table. This space gives direct access to the outside terrace by double glass doors.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 electric hobs, large fridge with freezer and all kind of cooking utensils.

The first bedroom is bright and airy with windows and a patio door. It has a double bed with plenty of storage. The second bedroom can be arranged as a twin or bunk beds, depending on preference. It also had a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and 3 windows.

There is one bathroom with bath/shower, sink, washing machine and a towel rack dryer.

Linen and wood for the wood burner can be provided if needed.

Winter season chalet price:

 EUR 11,000 plus electricity.

Available from mid-November to end of April
