The chalet can accommodate 6 people + 2 visitors, located in Les Houches, 5 minutes from the ski lifts, offering a view of the bottom of the Chamonix valley and its needles (Aiguille du Midi, Drus), as well as the Brévent and a magnificent view of Christ Roi from the village of Coupeau.

The chalet is built on several levels, which creates spaces for everyone:

On the ground floor – 1, are the entrance, 1 toilet, 1 large storage cupboard, 2 bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed area, 1 large shower room, 1 laundry room with washing machine dryer, very large dressing area, then view of the swimming pool (closed in winter) and the garden, a gym area opened by large bay windows.

The first floor offers the large living room, with modern kitchen open to the dining area and the living room with large plasma screen (canal + subscription, Netflix) 1 bathroom wc.  Access to the garden and terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden.
