4: Winter season – Family of 3 want a spacious cheapish chalet – near Argentiere / Chosolets

We are a family of 3 looking for a chalet to rent for next winter season. We currently rent a condo at the base of the Grand Montets however need something a bit bigger. Our budget isn’t in the luxury chalet price range, rather something simple with some space. We would like to be as close to the Grand Montets / Chosalets as possible. Please let us know what you have available. We’re in town until April 15th and willing to make a commitment on the right property right away.

5: Long term – Start after summer

I have been living in Chamonix for the last 7 years with my family. My parents live in the Netherlands but are getting too old and miss family. I want to bring them over and have them try living here for one year. They are an elderly couple so ideally something without stair cases and a  walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. Ideally something a bit spacious around 50-60 sqm but we can be flexible. Do you anything available? Ideally we would start renting after this summer but we can be flexible.

As mentioned, we have rented numerous properties in Chamonix over the last 5 years and are already on the lookout for the next winter season.

Requirements are 3-4 bedrooms, with a max budget of around €25k (some room for the perfect property).

We would consider a rental starting in early Jan – as we potentially have plans to be in the UK this Christmas.

As a guide, we are just finishing our current rental in Les Houches.  Got it at a good price last minute.  Has been almost perfect – I guess it goes without saying that something closer to town/bus stops would be preferable.

21: Winter Season 3-5 bedrooms

No problem, and thanks.  I don’t have a specific budget – I’m looking quite broadly across 3-5 bedroom apartments and chalets and willing to pay for quality, but equally happy to do a good deal if that ends up being the best option.  But say broadly €8-20k for the total stay.

The guests would be my partner and I, and then we would have family and friends visit during the peak season (no kids).
