A separate sleeping area with a comfortable sofa and TV, with its shower room and toilet is ideal to accommodate friends or a nanny. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, and the large sitting room/living room with a magnificent old timber fire place.
Outside there is a large south-facing balcony, stretching 180° giving panoramic views over famous l’Aiguille Verte, les Drus, les Aiguilles de Chamonix and the whole Mont Blanc range.
