Winter season studio to rent in Chamonix
This is a comfortable well-equipped studio in a great location on the 3rd floor of Residence du Brevent. The property is only 100 metres from the Brevent cable car and within easy walking distance to town. This apartment is ideal for two guests for a comfortable winter season stay.
The studio has a nice open-plan living and dining area with seating for 4 people. There is access to a balcony with views of Les Brevent mountains. The lounge includes a TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. The kitchenette has a double hot plate, fridge and coffee maker as well as a combination microwave/grill/fan oven.
For sleeping you will find a king-size double sofa-bed in the living area and a set of bunk-beds in its own sleeping area off the hallway. The bathroom includes a bath with shower attachment. The WC is separate. There is plenty of storage.
The studio includes Wi-Fi.
Outside of the studio is a ski locker & bike racks in a secure communal area. If you nee more space then it is possible for an extra charge. The studio includes free private car parking, Wi-Fi and loads of storage and is best suited for one or two people maximum for a full season.
