One bedroom winter season apartment in Chamonix

This is a nice apartment ideal for seasoners. 3 minutes walk from the town centre in the popular Chamois Blanc building. Opposite the main bus stop in town accessing all the ski areas and a short walk from the Aiguille du Midi lift station. The apartment has one bedroom and sleeps 1-4 people.

The living area includes a single and a double sofa-bed. There is cable TV, DVD player and both private and communal WiFi networks. The kitchen is fully-equipped and has an oven, hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bedroom with double bed can be partitioned off from the main living area via a solid wood concertina wall. The bedroom has cupboards and a free standing chest of drawers. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over, separate toilet, separate kitchen and a living area.

Outside, the apartment has two private ski lockers, secure private under ground parking and some communal parking. The main reception area has a manned desk with full-time concierge/ maintenance staff and a ski shop. The building is accessed through a secure, resident-only entrance.
