It has 3 good sized bedrooms – the main 2 are on the ground floor.  Both have king size beds.  1 of these bedrooms has a spacious work/desk corner, the other has an en-suite washroom with WC. The main bathroom has a “rain shower” wet room with WC.

The 3rd bedroom is in the basement (it has a small window), and is ideal for occasional guests as it has a double bed and a sofa-bed.  This room would serve very well as a kids’ play room, a games room or for office space.

The “vine-nook” is another outdoor space, smaller and quite secluded with the grape vine running overhead.

Chamonix town centre and all it has to offer is literally a 5 minute walk away.  There is a bus stop nearby too (les Moussoux), also the main bus station at Cham Sud, a local train stop (les Moussoux) serving the Geneva-Martigny line and also the world famous Aiguille du Midi cable car.
