Bus stop to Chamonix/Les Houches, and also Argentiere/Le Tour (Line 2) immediately outside driveway. Buses every 30 min.
1 bus stop to Grand Montet ski area. 15 minutes on bus to Chamonix town centre.

The space

Located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse with a private garden facing Mont Blanc. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and is suitable for children.

The apartment has its own private access right beside the covered carport.

Location

he property is located between the Lognon and the Lavanche Bowl of Grand Montet, which makes it an ideal location for multiple winter sports. From the front door, it’s a 50m walk to the cross-country skiing and the walking track. From the piste it is an easy to walk / skate / toboggan to the Chosalet ski area where there is a designated toboggan area, snow tubbing, a cross-country ski ticket office and a snack bar [10am- 5pm every day]. There is also ski-jouering, a great activity for all ages. Intersport is located 1min by car where you can rent all the necessary equipment.

Getting around

The property is just off the main road towards Argentière. There is a bus stop near the entrance of the building where Line 2 stops. The service runs regularly, but you will need to check the schedules for up-to date hours. The train station is 4 minutes by car. Just across the road there is more free parking. The village of Argentière is a 5 minute drive where you will find a Super U, pharmacy, bakeries, take out restaurants, post office, cash machine and laundromat. Snow tyres are strongly recommend and chains.
