Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Chamonix centre
This is one of our favourite apartments in Chamonix Centre. It’s very spacious and light, with high ceilings and is perfect for remote working, or entertaining guests. The apartment is situated in a fantastic location in Rue des Moulins, on the quiet, south facing side, overlooking the river. This famous pedestrian street is lined with with a great choice of restaurants, bars and coffee shops and has a great feel, just tucked away from the bustle of the main shopping street. The apartment is located on the 3rd Floor of the majestic building that was originally Queen Victoria’s holiday residence.
The lounge is spacious with a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area. There is an ‘island’ bar in the kitchen area, and the dining area has a beautiful glass table that can accommodate 10 diners. The lounge area has comfy leather sofas, which convert into top-quality sofa-beds to accommodate occasional guests. The apartment comes with WiFi and is ideal for a home-working environment. The apartment has two bedrooms arranged as a double (with kind size bed), and a twin (the beds can be joined together to make a king). Both bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate WC.
Outside you will find a nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the River L’Arve and with stunning views of the Mont-Blanc Chain. There is a private parking space in the small parking area in front of the building, and underground parking is also available upon request. There is a large communal cave area, where bikes can be stored and locked, and can be used for waxing skis and boards. There is also a private cave for storage if needed.
The full winter season (5 months from Dec 2021) rental is EUR19,500 + EDF

Summer season 2022 available from early May until end of August at approx €3,000 per month (pro-rata).
Annual let is also possible.
