The chalet is a private property so guests have access to the overall property (chalet, terrace, garden, parking spaces, including carport). It has a large garden and wooden terrace to enjoy the outdoors and a warm indoor living space with an insert chimney and a good quality double sofa bed if needed. Downstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that can sleep 4 people and the bathroom/toilet. The bedrooms can be arranged as a double and a twin or bunk beds depending on preference. The bathroom includes a shower.
The chalet has one flight of stairs from outside to get into the accommodation.
This well equipped accommodation sleeping 4/6 people includes WiFi, a flatscreen TV and Chromecast, a new fridge and cooking stove with oven, and a work station (desk).
Linen and wood for the insert chimney can be provided if needed. Ideal for families, mountain lovers or those teleworking.
Location: Lovely hamlet 5 minutes drive from centre Chamonix town. Quiet, green and peaceful spot.

Access: The chalet is located about 1 hour away from the Geneva airport. The Bossons train station and buses network are close by (10-15 minutes walk from the chalet). They can easily be accessed on walk or by car.

Price : 21 500€ from 5th December to 5th May, including bills (hot and cold water, electricity, internet, snow clearing, wood, linen if needed). Deposit: 1 month
