This refurbished duplex is styled with old wood with lots of charm. It looks like a small chalet in the city centre! Close to all shops in the heart of Chamonix, surface of about 40m2, lift, ideal for 4 people (1 large bedroom on the mezzanine with 1 very comfortable double bed, 1 small connecting room under the roofs with 2 single beds for children, teenagers or adults). This small room is made just to sleep because it is attic under the roofs, one cannot stand there (<1.50m). Depending on how one arranges the two single beds it can suit people of all sizes to sleep. Kids love it she’s like a wooden hut! Possibility to also sleep 1 or 2 people in the sofa bed in the living room (width 130 cm). Imperative non-smoking apartment, beautiful unobstructed views of the Chamonix needles, very quiet.
