La Terrace is situated in the centre of Chamonix with all the restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The main ski shuttle-bus station, accessing all the ski domains, is only 200 metres away.
The apartment is a spacious 140m2 with floor to ceiling doors which open onto a large decked terrace. There are oak floors throughout, a log fireplace and an open planned contemporary living space that comfortably accommodates 8 people. From the terrace there are fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc range. There is satellite television with a large selection of international channels and free Wi-Fi connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped a large fridge freezer and bar area. There are 4 bedrooms, two twins and two doubles and 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite. Each bathroom is supplied with large bath towels and bath products. For a cosy night’s sleep all beds have feather duvets and pillowcases and white cotton bed linen.
Location
The property is a beautiful coach house set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the coach house itself and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town.
In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.
