The chalet is located just a couple of minutes walk from the Bellevue cable-car in the heart of the charming ski station and summer mountain biking village of Les Houches,  It is just a 5 minute stroll from all the amenities; supermarket, deli, restaurants, ski shops and boulangerie.   Chamonix town is a quick 8-10 minute car journey or very easily accessible by the local bus service.

This pleasant 60m2 ground floor apartment enjoys some great facilities such as a hot tub, sauna and garden area.  The apartment is finished in a modern Alpine style with hand planed and brushed ‘Chablais’ wood paneling, oak floors, Heritage colours and finished with faux fur throws and hand-made blinds and cushions. The bright red kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and integral washer/tumble dryer and is open plan through to the living and dining area.

There are two bedrooms offering hotel standard zip beds which allow these rooms to be Superking doubles or cosy twins and both have small ensuite facilities with Italian limestone tiles. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower/wc and infra red sauna cabin.  The second bedroom has a small ensuite with bath, overhead shower and wc.

There is a small garden with decking area, hot-tub, table and chairs, portable BBQ.

Facilities include TV screen for use with DVD, WiFi Internet and CD player. Parking for one car.
There is no Satellite TV (but we are happy to lend out DVD’s !)
