Chalet Tissieres is a 9 bedroom catered chalet and can sleeps up to 24 people.
The chalet is truly a unique place, which is set in a spectacular location close to Chamonix town centre (1 hour’s drive from Geneva airport). At the foot of Europe’s largest descending glacier, we are in the heart of the Chamonix valley.
Built in 1552, the chalet started life as a traditional French Alpine farm. Recently it has been lovingly renovated and converted into what it is today; a beautiful large chalet, with attention paid to detail, maintaining its original features, whilst offering all the modern luxuries.
The Chamonix chalet is very close to the major ski lifts in the valley. Our central location offers Chalet Tissières a spacious surrounding, with stunning views of the entire valley. All of Chamonix’s main transportation facilities are on the door step.
This chalet allows you to relax and unwind, whilst soaking up the stunning views of Mont-Blanc. At sunset from the hot tub, the mountains and glaciers glow orange, a most spectacular view!
Chamonix Chalet Facilities
8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (+9th eaves room; limited head height – adults cannot stand up in this room). In total the chalet sleeps 16 to 24 people in winter and up to 33 in summer
All the beds can be configured into either doubles or twins.

Chalet Location
It takes less than 5 minutes to get you to the hustle and bustle of Chamonix town centre, which is only 3 km away. We have 2 restaurants at walking distance.
As part of our winter holiday package every morning we drop you off at your desired ski station and pick you up at the end of the day (from 4 pm).
The nearest lifts are the Brevent & Aiguille du Midi & Bellevue all a swift 3 minute journey away in our concierge mini- buses.
Should you want to come back to the chalet in between drop off and pick up times, then there are free public buses which stop near the chalet
Should you want to go into town after dinner then we can drop you off free of charge until 10 PM. After this time the owners can arrange taxis back to the chalet.

This catered chalet can accommodate up to and including 24 people, the additional cost for this is as follows:
0 – 3 year olds: No cost; 4 – 12 year olds: €150 euros per person per week; 13>: €250 euros per person per week
