4 bedroom winter season chalet to rent in Les Tines, Chamonix
Chalet Scierie is a recently renovated chalet available for the entire winter season. The chalet can sleep up to 6 adults or 8 people including children. The chalet is detached and is located in the hamlet of Les Tines which is central within the valley between Chamonix centre and Argentiere. It’s in a wonderful mountain setting next to a chapel, with the river running past and fabulous views of Mont Blanc.
The chalet is on three levels. The living/dining area has a dining table and comfortable chairs around the fireplace and includes a good music system and huge picture windows looking towards Mont Blanc. The living area is open-plan, incorporating the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The hand-made kitchen has a beautiful range, breakfast bar, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with a small freezer unit.
The are three double bedrooms and a twin/double bedroom. Upstairs on the first floor both of the double bedrooms have French windows leading to a balcony. On the second floor one of the two bedrooms has a free standing bath and basin in the same room. The other is a smaller twin/double bedroom with a basin, and the low beds in this room run into the pitch of the roof. There are several bathrooms and shower rooms as well as separate WC’s.
The chalet also has a combined washing machine and tumble drier.
Downstairs there is a cellar to keep skis and other equipment and there is plenty of parking in front of the chalet.
