Chamlodge is a large spacious comfortable chalet located in Les Houches. The chalet has 2 apartments within it. One has four bedrooms and this one has three bedrooms sleeping 14 people.
The apartment is spacious (around 80m2) occupying the entire first floor of the chalet. There are two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom (with a double and single bed). The main dining/lounge area has two double clic-clac sofa-beds and there is also a double clic-clac sofa-bed in the second open-plan lounge area as well as a single bed.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen area including a gas cooker and dishwasher as well as a smaller kitchen area if needed. There are also two dining area with of plenty seating for everyone.
There are two bathrooms with showers.
Within the chalet there is a shared common area for leaving skis and boots, a washing machine, Wifi throughout and dedicated parking spaces outside the chalet.
The apartment 150 meters from the Les Houches main village road and about 150 meters from the Chamonix valley bus stop, 400 meters from The Super U supermarket and also in the proximity of a number of shops, restaurants and bars. The Les Houches village center is about 600 meters from the chalet and the Les Houches ski area is a further 200 meters from the village centre.
Winter Season Accommodation Price
1st December till the 30th April – The rental is 13,200 euros.
In order to reserve the apartment a booking deposit of 2640 euros would be promptly required and the rental balance of 10560 euros would need to be fully paid not later than the check-in day.
A security deposit of 2500 euros would also be required the day of moving into the apartment.
