Newly renovated this season, the apartment is stylishly furnished and has all the modern gadgets one would associate with a property of this quality. There is a state-of-the-art entertainment system including UK satellite flat screen TV, a DVD player and Wi-Fi internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer with ice machine and bar area. There are 4 bedrooms, two twins and two doubles and 2 bathrooms. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a ski locker room and private covered parking on the property. From the terrace there are fabulous views of the Mont-Blanc range. We would recommend up to a maximum of 8 people. Catering can be organised on request.
Location
The property is a beautiful coach house set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the coach house itself and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town.
In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.
