This is a nice comfortable apartment located on the 3rd floor of a residence with lift in Lac des Guillands, approximately 15 minutes walk into town. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms sleeping up to six people.

The open-plan living/dining area is spacious and bright with comfortable seating arrangements and access to one of the two large south facing sunny balconies with a superb view of the Mont Blanc. There is also a decorative fireplace (can not be used), TV and DVD player. The dining room area can sit six people. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. There is also access to the balcony.

There is one double bedroom and a bedroom with two separate full-size bunks. You’ll also find a bathroom with bath, a separate WC and a washing machine.

The apartment includes an underground parking space and a ski locker.
