Recently renovated and beautifully decorated by an architect using local wood and stone, this superb chalet offers a charming and relaxing retreat with unique views on Les Drus and the Mont Blanc. Ideally located, it is within a short walk of La Flégère ski lift and the village of Les Praz (shops). The chalet sleeps ten people including four in bunks.

The very spacious and comfortable living room has a huge fireplace, large bay windows facing South onto stunning views of the Mont Blanc chain. The kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped with everything you might need for a season in Chamonix. The bedrooms are all en-suite.  The master double bedroom includes a small terrace and private access to the garden. There are also two other double bedrooms and a bedroom with two sets of bunks sleeping four people. There is also a sauna and ski & boot room.

Outside you will find a large sunny south facing terrace with direct access to the garden. There is also a garage for one car and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
