There are 3 balconies with panoramic views in all directions. The apartment is located 8 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes in ski boots to the Aiguille de Midi lift station. It is very close to 4 different bus stops.

The living area is all open-planned and has a very comfortable corner sofa with access to one of the balconies. The lounge has an excellent stereo /music system. The dining area is next to the well-equipped kitchen and again leads to one of the balconies. The open kitchen has all modern appliances and has a newly built in convection-microwave, recent large capacity water heater and large fridge/freezer.
