About The Self-Catered Chalet in ChamonixThe self-catered chalet is located in Les Praz which is about a 5-10 minute drive from Chamonix centre. The nearest ski lift is a 10 minute walk from the chalet and local transportation is about a 5 minute walk which will give you access to the valley.
The chalet is a traditional chalet set on over an acre of land making it quite peaceful and secluded. The chalet comfortably sleeps 10 people with four twin-rooms (one with bunk beds) and one double-room, sharing two large bathrooms. Large basement for ski and board storage.
The fully equipped kitchen leads into a large living room with central fireplace and ample space to relax after a day on the slopes. There is also a traditional dining room and a large terrace for enjoying the views of Mont Blanc. The chalet is interesting as it still retains many of its origional features and is homely as well. The lounge has a large open fire which is great for the evenings and the rooms are all warm and quiet so it will be a very restful time when you are actually in the chalet. |
