The Apartment is found on the first floor of the Chalets De Bellevue, which is situated in the centre of les Houches village, 50 metres from the Bellevue Ski lift and 250 metres from the Prarion ski lift. The location is considered to be the best in Les Houches as it is right next to the ski Lift and 2-3 minutes walk from the local shops, bars/restaurants and bus stop that connects to the Chamonix Valley. Les Houches is situated 4 kms away from Chamonix.
The apartment has a wonderful chalet feel and being an MGM building is of high specification. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 en-suite bathroom, a modern American kitchen/diner and lounge. The apartment can comfortably sleep 4-6 people and is tastefully decorated.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. All bed linens and towels are supplied. There is also an underground parking spot, ski locker and storage cave.
The apartment also boasts two wonderful balconies. The first offers breathtaking views over the Mont Blanc range and the second offers a splendid view of the "Verte" piste where the Kandahar World Cup is run.
