About the Apartment

The 4-storey apartment block is modern, well maintained and centrally heated with under floor heating. It is located on the main road in the village of Les Houches. The residence is on the main valley bus route, with supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and the local primary school all within 500m of the block.

The main living area has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave/oven, sink etc. There is a table with seating for up to 6; a sofa and a comfortable arm chair. There is a wall mounted TV/DVD which includes a selection of French and Italian satellite channels.

The master bedroom is large enough for a double bed or two single beds plus bedside tables. It has a large fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. There is a wall mounted electric heater and a window that opens onto the garden.

The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, storage cupboard and hanging rails. There is a wall mounted electric heater and a shuttered window facing west.

The bathroom was completely re-fitted in June of 2009 with a bath/shower combo. There is a fitted modern washbasin sitting on a hardwood stand with storage underneath. Above the washbasin is a large mirror with good lighting. There is also a dual flush toilet and a compact washing machine.

There are two options for parking: There is ground floor level shared outdoor parking immediately behind the apartment block.

The apartment garden is roughly 30m sq, half of which is paved and covered by a large fitted roller sun shade that extends to give good shade in the summer months. The apartment is equipped with patio table, chairs and a gas barbecue. The garden is enclosed on 3 sides with a combination of hedges and fencing.

In the underground garage level there is a private locked ski storage cupboard large enough for several sets of skis.

Apartment Facilities

Fully fitted kitchen, seating for 6 people and comfy lounge. Master bedroom has a double bed which can be a twin if required and the second bedroom has full size bunks. Bathroom has a bath/shower.

Private garden with patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ.
