The Eco Lodge Garden This 58m2 Ground floor apartment of a 1930's village house is located in Les Houches just 3 mins walk from the Bellevue ski lifts. Within a couple of minutes walk is the Boulangerie, restaurants, ski bus stop, shops and some excellent restaurants! 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction brings you to the centre of Les Houches village where you will find a supermarket, further restaurants, Church, Tourist office and the Bank. 8-10 mins by car will bring you to Chamonix centre where there is a myriad of bars, restaurants and shops for your enjoyment. The skiing of the Pays du Mont Blanc is on your doorstep so enjoy the excellent and varied skiing of the Chamonix valley and surrounding areas including Megeve and Courmayeur in Italy! Brand new luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in comfort. One bedroom is ensuite with shower/wc, the second bedroom is ensuite with small bath/wc and both bathrooms are beautifully finished with Italian limestone tiles. Both bedrooms have new Divan size ziplock King size double beds (alternatively the rooms make comfortable twins) In bedroom one there is a large window with electric shutter and a 2 man sauna cabin! The living and dining area is open plan. We've installed a bright red kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine with integral tumble dryer and ceramic hob. The living area is warm and cosy afforded by the Eco wood pellet burner. For your enjoyment we have installed a 30" Plasma TV and DVD/music player (not Sky) Cards and Backgammon are available. Oak flooring throughout, traditional 'Chablias'wooden wall coverings and traditional Heritage colours have created a modern slant on an Alpine theme finished with faux fur throws and handmade blinds.
