About the ApartmentThis apartment is in a small development completed in 2002. It is unusually spacious and has wonderful views of the Chamonix Valley. The three-storey building is attractively finished in traditional timber and stone .
The apartment is on the "ground" floor, above the garage level and so raised one storey. The building is set back about 10m from the local road. Local shops, restaurants and ski lifts are within two minutes walk, and you can ski back to within 100 metres of the door. The apartment is furnished to sleep up to 11, with up to 8 in the bedrooms. Furnishing is in solid but comfortable pine. The apartment has been independently audited for child safety, and a full range of baby and toddler equipment is provided. Bedroom 1: Queen size double, two bedside cabinets, large built in wardrobe, ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2: Two singles, two bedside cabinets, large built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3: One double bunk, one single bed, one pullout single bed, large built in wardrobe. Lounge: one triple sofa, converting to double bed, one triple sofa with storage drawers, 10 seater dining suite. Kitchen area : halogen hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The 50 square metre Terrace and Balcony have views of the Chamonix Valley and the Mont Blanc massif. The Terrace is fully fenced and safe for young children. There is a 6 seater outdoor dining set and sun loungers on the terrace. The lounge has a CD/cassette/radio hi-fi and a TV/VCR which will play French, English and US tapes. Décor includes some original artwork on the walls, but definitely no antique wooden skis!
