Apartment description

This is a roomy (100m²) 3-star apartment, comfy 3 bedroom apartment on the Rue Paccard in the very centre of Chamonix. It can sleep up to 8 people in comfort.

It is on the 2nd floor of the old Hotel Lutetia (lift access) and has retained its beautiful arched doors and the wood panelling in the rooms. It is deliberately kept in its original style to blend in with this old building.

It has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 large bunk beds - where each bunk is a three-quarter and a single bed. It has a large very comfortable, antique lounge, complete with an open fireplace, the family crest and a stained-glass window. There is a separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. There are balconies facing south (looking directly at Mt Blanc) east onto the town and the Aiguilles Rouges mountains and cable cars. There are also balconies facing west on to Brevant.

It's a very comfortable family apartment where you will feel instantly at home and relaxed. There are lots of books and games for kids. It has unlimited hot water, central heating and secure private garage parking.

This is in the very centre of Chamonix, on the main street in the pedestrian zone, wonderfully located for all the shops, bars and restaurants; and with the bus stops for the free valley buses to all the ski areas just 2 mins walk away.

Linen (at 20 euros/person, 30 euros/couple) and final cleaning of the apartment (at 75 euros) are the only extras if we supply these services.
