The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. From the front gates a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet itself and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town.
In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.
About the Apartment
The chalet accommodation comprises of 2 very spacious (75m2) apartments. Each has stunning views of the Mont-Blanc Massif. Sapin 3 (Top Floor) is located on the second floor.
Doors open onto a private balcony where guests have fantastic views of the Mont-Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. Decorated to a very high standard the apartment has three bedrooms, one double bedroom, one twin, and one single room (where the single bed turns into a bunk beds).
All bedrooms have fitted cupboards and chests of drawers. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is a second separate bathroom. There is also a twin sofa bed in the living room allowing up to six people to stay in comfort. The kitchen has all modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
There is UK satellite TV, a stereo, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi internet connection. The chalet has been newly acquired by its present owners and the apartment is freshly decorated to a high standard. We would recommend the apartment for a maximum of 6 people. Catering can be organised on request.

We provide towels, bed linen and a hairdryer. There are games and books in the living area. There is a ski locker room to leave all your equipment in. Children can play safely in the garden. We provide BBQ facilities, chairs and tables and sun loungers for our guests. There is covered parking on the grounds.
