About the Property

The apartment is located in a quiet but very convenient location in Argentiere, at the upper end of the Chamonix Valley. Private parking and a covered garage are available, though a car is not necessary during your stay.

It's a short walk across the main road, down a footpath and over a footbridge over the river to the Grand Montets telepherique. The bus stop for the ski bus is also just a few minutes walk away, as is the train station. In summer, there's a number of paths and trails within easy reach.

The bars, restaurants and shops of Argentiere are within easy walking distance.

L'Androsace itself is a quiet and tastefully designed block with the majority of apartments being owner occupied, though you'll rarely find more than half a dozen in use at any one time.

The apartment offers a combination of both comfortable accommodation and a peaceful but convenient location, making it the ideal base for a holiday, summer or winter. 

Facilities and Amenities

Ideal for families or small groups, the apartment sleeps up to 7 people in 2 bedrooms.

The open plan lounge has plenty of seating, and is equipped with mp3 speaker system, DVD and TV with some UK satellite channels available.

A fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area mean that self catering really is a viable option, assuming that you're not tempted by the food on offer in the bars and restaurants in the village. 

The central heating is very effective, and though the open fire isn't really necessary, it does add to the atmosphere on a stormy winter's night. 

With a bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet, there won't be too much queuing for facilities in the morning, even at full occupancy. 

The garden area is a great place to hang out in summer, especially during July and August when the heated open air pool is available. 

We offer a comprehensive web site, with plenty of advice and information available. Tariffs are offered in both Sterling and Euros, with a secure online credit card facility available for the former. All enquiries are responded to promptly.

Guests will be provided with our meet and greet service to ensure that you settle in. All bed linen and towels are provided. Discounts on ski and snowboard hire and car hire is also available to our guests.
