The apartment's location in a serene and peaceful environment offers dramatic views over Chamonix town to Le Brevent yet is only 10 minutes walk to Place Balmat right in the centre of town. The Aiguille du Midi cable car is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and Les Planards ski area with snow cover guaranteed with snow cannons is only about 10 minutes.

The apartment is finished to a luxurious alpine standard of Chamonix accommodation with top of the range traditional wooden furniture. Large patio doors and windows overlook the superb Chamonix valley, the lounge has ample seating, with a large dining table extending to 8 places and a 2-meter-long settee. The terrestrial and satellite TV provides a wide variety of programmes plus there is a DVD player for rainy days.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring halogen hob, microwave oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage. Bedroom 1 and 2 have twin beds, fitted wardrobes plus bedside tables. The bunk room has two full size bunk beds and a wardrobe. There is a sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath and shower over, full size basin in vanitory unit. There is also a separate WC in the apartment with a basin and mirror. The hall also has a storage cupboard with clothes hanging space. Iron and board provided.
