Le Bouquetin Description
The first floor apartment of La Maison de l'Argoat benefits from a balcony along the length of the south face of the building - off the open plan living area and accessible through two balcony doors. South facing with breathtaking views over the Mont Blanc range and with space for a couple of bistro tables and chairs it's perfect for a sun downer or two.

Just renovated, this traditional mountain villa contains three luxurious apartments. Located 3 minutes walk from the Brevent cabine and 3 minutes from central Chamonix the apartments are perfectly situated to explore all of Chamonix's winter and summer attractions. Situated in the upmarket 'Mollard' area, the apartments bask in sunshine from first light until dusk; illuminating the stunning views across the Chamonix valley, Mont Blanc, the Mer de Glace and Aiguille du Midi. Renovated to high modern standard the apartments provide splendid accommodation for a memorable holiday.
Facilities include gardens front and back, car parking, storage, barbeque, wireless internet access, TV, HiFi, DVD player. Catering and additional housekeeping can be arranged on request at an additional cost subject to availability and agreement. Recommendations and advice can be given on ski passes, ski rental, child care, mountain guiding, transport and flights.
Location
The apartments sit 3 minutes walk below and west of the Brevent bubble lift giving direct access into the Brevents-Flegere lifts - the largest area in the valley. Very locally there's a bar, restaurant and ski shop near the Brevent lift station. An equally short 3 minute walk brings you to the main street in Chamonix (Rue Dr Piccard) with all its bars, restaurants and shops. The location couldn't be better, combining a quiet, smart neighbourhood with easy access to all the fun and facilities that Chamonix can offer. Easily accessed by car (parking provided) the apartments are only a few minutes walk from the reliable Chamonix bus services.

Notes to the rental rates
Rates are quoted in Euros and payments should be made directly to our French bank account - details will be given once the booking is agreed. Payment terms: A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of reservation cost plus a refundable £500 security deposit is payable on reservation. 50% of the balance is payable 12 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. The remaining 50% of the balance is payable 6 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. Damages or excess owners costs (except fair wear and tear) will be taken from the security deposit. Space for parking one car is allocated to each apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please respect the enjoyment of your co-guests!
Catering: Should you wish cater dining on any night please us know in advance and together we can agree availability, menu and price. We can also arrange welcome baskets: at varying prices these can include 'late night munchies', snacks, breakfast or a little box of 'nightcaps'. Please let us know in advance and we will endeavour to stock your fridge before your arrival.
