This luxury Chamonix apartment is in a newly built MGM development located in one of the best parts of Chamonix, on the Brevent side. Floria is a small prestigious block consisting of only 12 apartments.

The basement includes a private ski locker and car park space for the use of MyFrenchChalet clients. The apartment’s location offers dramatic views of the Mont Blanc massif (Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc, Les Drus).

From the lounge or sun terrace you can even watch the Aiguille du Midi cable car going up and down to the station 12,000ft above! Although Floria is located right in the centre of town, it is about 100 meters back from the main Chamonix high street, Rue Doctor Paccard, in a more serene and peaceful environment.

It is about a 10-minute walk to the Brevent ski lift and about a 5-minute walk to the Maison de la Montagne - the main ski school. Just in front of the apartment block are the Chamonix bus ski stops, which service the main ski areas in the Chamonix valley.

FloriaA is finished to a luxurious alpine standard of Chamonix accommodation. Its traditional wooden furniture is top of the range, produced by local craftsmen. With large patio doors and windows overlooking the superb Chamonix valley, the lounge has ample seating, with a large extendable dining table and cushioned banquettes, a 2-meter-long settee and 2 beanbags, 2 extra chairs as well as a cosy, thick-pile wool rug.

The flat screen TV is satellite so that you can watch UK channels plus CNN and BBC World for news. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with a ‘pont du lit’ storage unit and under bed drawers.

There is also a mirror, shelf and clothes hooks. Bedroom 2 is a cabine (bunk room) with full-size bunk beds, under bed drawers for storage a mirror, shelf and clothes hooks. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath with shower over it, full size basin, plenty of cupboards and a washer-dryer, which has a quick wash cycle that completes in 30 minutes.

There is also a separate WC in the apartment with a basin and mirror. The hall also has a storage cupboard, clothes hooks and a full size mirror. Floria’s quiet setting and residential environment make it a perfect choice for couples or families looking for a peaceful Chamonix ski apartment. The apartment also comes with a free wireless ADSL internet connection.
