Above is a large double bedroom on the mezzanine level, with skylight window.

The apartment has a basement cave for storage of skis, snowboards, mountain bikes etc, and has secure underground parking. The apartment is in a quiet area overlooking the river Arve, yet Place Balmat, at the very centre of Chamonix, can be reached easily on foot in 5 minutes, giving access to all the bars, restaurants, cafes and shops Chamonix has to offer. The nearest supermarket is just 2 minutes walk, with bakers, launderettes, and bus stops for the local town shuttle and valley bus (for access to all the ski areas) within 1-2 minutes.

The apartment is unsuitable for the very young or the infirm, due to the steep internal steps to the mezzanine level.

A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

A refundable security/key deposit of £100/€150 is required.  There is also a compulsory £40 linen charge per stay.
