We've rented to skiers and boarders for seasons before and we think we have a great package for you The price listed is for the whole studio 4th Jan - 9th May 09, it sleeps 1-4 people, you choose how many stay and who pays what. Its totally flexible, if you don't like those dates contact us for a quote. You get access to the storage room in the basement, great for cases, extra kit, boards etc. Driving down? no problem, put the car in the free residents car park You supply your own linen and towels , the rental is on a self catered basis and subletting is strictly forbidden. You get your own postal address Usual method of payment (£s or Euros) is bank transfer or cheque. Security deposit is required. Payment terms are negotiable. 100m from the Brevent cablecar and 5 mins walk (300m) from Chamonix town centre, the 23m2 studio is on the 3rd floor of the Residence du Brevent, an attractive complex with its own gardens. Shops and the town centre are very close If you are looking for comfortable well equipped studio at an affordable price in a great location, this is it. This is one of the better areas within Chamonix, exclusive and quiet, with all amenities within easy walking distance. We are very flexible with the letting of this studio. The studio is suitably equipped for 4 people and is centrally heated by radiators. All hot water comes from the building's central supply, so hot water is not a problem.
