Central Chamonix stylish 3 bed apartment with pool and views of Mont Blanc
Perfect for skiing or summer, our apartment is 5 minutes from the ski lift and has a private residents pool and south facing terrace overlooking Mont Blanc for sunny days! The apartment sleeps 6-10, with 6 adults and 2-4 children being the optimum use of space. The owner can be flexible with regard to minimum stays and changeover days so please ask!
We have 3 double bedrooms (all with joinable twin beds) a large open plan kitchen and lounge nearly 9m long with sofabed, private hallway with two bunk beds, and a bathroom and shower room. We are on the second floor and there is a lift. The apartment is located moments from the best Patisserie/Chocolatier in the village for those delicious breakfast morning runs, and right next to some of the best fondue houses and restaurants for the evenings. The cinema and bowling alley are also very close. There is a 42' plasma screen for lazy days, dishwasher and washer dryer, and ski locker.
Location
The apartment is in the centre of Chamonix village, just a 5 minute walk to the main lift of Brevant. This gives you access to the Brevant -Flegere ski areas (combined these form the largest ski area in the Chamonix valley). There are a further 3 large ski areas each of which can be reached by the free ski bus in less than 10 minutes (Les Houches, Grand Montets/Argentiere, Le Tour). Geneva is a 50 minute, easy drive away from here.

Notes to the rental rates
SPECIAL OFFER...30% OFF EARLY SUMMER WEEKS...we're offering 30% off our early summer weeks...from £760 to £532 per week.
Although there are 6 beds, 2 bunks and a double sofabed, we recommend a comfortable level of 6 adults or 8 people including children.
Rates are quoted in pounds sterling and payments should be made directly to our bank account - details will be given once the booking is agreed.
Payment terms: A booking deposit of 40% of rental fee is payable on reservation. The balance is payable 12 weeks in advance or immediately if sooner. Damages (except fair wear and tear) will be taken from an additional refundable security deposit of £400. Linen & towels also provided upon request; £15 pp per week. There is a £45 cleaning charge per stay.
