Location.
The apartment is on the second floor of the sunny side of the apartment block, just a couple of minutes walk from Argentiere Village and the Grand Montet lift station. Even closer is an indoor commercial centre offering bars and restaurants and ski hire facilities.
One of the major benefits of this apartment is the proximity to the Grand Montet ski area, it’s literally a few minutes walk over the the River L’arve and across the lift station car park. This means you can hear the river from this apartment, which is something you can’t really beat, and you can arrive at the ski lifts in no time at all.
Description
The apartment comprises two floors. The first floor contains a spacious lounge including a pull out sofa bed and dining table together with up to date technology including a flat screen TV, DVD, Video and HiFi.
Adjoining the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils and appliances including a dishwasher. A bar area separates the two areas.
The Lounge benefits significantly from floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire front of the building. You’ll therefore have no problem waking up in the morning to start the day in high spirits.
Leading from the lounge is an ample sized Balcony which faces the lift station and of course, the Grand Montet itself. Being south west facing, this receives the sun for most of the day until it sets behind the mountains in the evening
Upstairs comprises the sleeping quarters and bathroom. As with the lounge, the main bedroom has large windows facing out towards the river, lift station and mountain. The room is nice and light proving a very refreshing feel.
The second room has bunk beds and a single bed. The bathroom is at the end of the hallway and has a shower and a bath and is very clean and bright.
